I have to agree with Miami's word of caution. There are a lot of crazy people on the internet, you never really know who is on the other end looking at your picture.

With that said, it still would be nice to see what everyone looks like. I hope that isnt hypocritical. Laughing

Sorry, but somebody forgot to tell you that over 70% of that country lies in Asia.

What's PURE-blooded?

Because on the timeline, Russia has had more leaders from Asia than any other European nation.

Even the Cossacks were not fair haired and came from Asia originally.

Show Moscow and SPB a few times on the TV and people like you consider THAT as being Russia.

I suppose you are one of those who thinks REAL Russians are the stereotype Stalin produced?

Shame he's not from Russia either..

Those fair-haired and blue/green-eyed Russians are of Nordic blood. Vikings sailed to St. Petersburg a long time ago. I'd like to post some info here, but I gotta run now. Point is, there isn't really anyting 'pure blood' that is common in the whole Russia, since the country is just too big. Cossacks also had a lot of Asian or Middle-Asian blood as they married to women they captured in battles.

I would have given you the benefit of the doubt on that one, but then you went and wrote '..and history', and anyone who writes what she just did about 'pure' 'Russian' blood clearly doesn't have a clue.

I think you're reading a little too in depth on this. I added the "history" part for the mere fact that you made a rather bold statement insinuating that Jade probably thinks "REAL Russians are the stereotype Stalin produced", and then you went on to say shame that he wasn't from Russia either. Any Russian with a HS education would know that he was Georgian.

Wrong. Many Russians with H education don't have a clue about Stalin's roots. In fact, most of Russia doesn't have a clue.

With what Jade said, she just sounded like the stereotypical Russian who only sees people deserved of living in Russia as having certain racial characteristics, that's what I am talking about so let that be the end of it.
