In that regard, you have to look at Russia the way you would look at any developing country. Much of the country is still poor. It's well known that women outnumber men in many regions of Russia, so many Russian women desperate for normal life, turn to westerners. Americans are more accepting for other cultures and languages, so Americans are a natural choice.

One of the former owners in the company at which my business is...he married a women from Moldova...says she is Russian. Of course I beg to differ. But yes lots of women in Russia...lot's of opportunities in the USA...it's ideal when everything comes together to create the most ideal situation

If you are interested in russian acting, I recommend you "the barber of siberia" (100% russian) or "East-West", this one is french but a lot of russian actors play in. You better read book. The book far more interesting than movie.

I've always been treated well. Russians are the best and they know how to party. Can't wait to go back for another visit. David

David well visiting and living in is certainly two different ways to experience Russia
