Does anyone know how one might recharge a Beeline sim from outside Russia? Thanks.

You can get an account at one of the Russian online payment systems, such as Yandex-Money (http://money.yandex.ru) or WebMoney (http://webmoney.ru) and then you'll be able to pay online for your mobile phones and for a lot of other stuff. The only problem is getting money to these systems, but there are some "exchange" offices, such as RoboxChange.Com that allow you to put the money there (of course you can also easily do it by buying a card in Russia or coming to their office). You can also use e-gold.com system. PayPal is not currently connected with any of them, neither it is possible to pay with a credit card online.

Another option is to come to a BeeLine office and register your credit card there, then you'll be able to top up your phone using it.

Is there a beeline store at SVO2 arrivals so I can buy a SIM card right after getting off the plane?

No, only after you pass passport control.

Thanks, I didn't mean the runway, just as long as it's available somewhere in the arrival area.
