Hi,
Your site is helpful and informative, but I have one suggestion -
that the application for business visa at least list everything that one will need to send in to get the invitation.

I applied and paid for an invitation yesterday. Later I recieved an email notification that I need to send in a scan of my passport before processing can begin, today I was told that they need to know more about my trip - transportation, reason for going, address in russia (which on the original application was not required) etc, before processing can begin.

Also that they would most likely need to send an original invitation and that will cost $50-65 more.

It would be nice for your website list upfront everything that the invitation issuing company Intel will need, and costs that will be incurred along the way.

Next, the intel person wrote that they can give me a letter of introduction to take to the local UVIR for visa registration, but nothing more. The main reason why I chose this website to buy the invitation is that there is a document on the website saying that you have a "partner" (or whatever the right word is) travel agency that registers visas in the city I am staying in. Now neither that travel agency, which I emailed, or the company issuing the invitations says that is correct. The travel agency wrote that they will not register a visa unless I bought it directly from them. 'Confused'

Having paid extra for 15 rather than 18 day processing, Im a bit annoyed at these albeit small delays and that I didnt know everything that was needed before hand.

Nonetheless, I would reccomend this website to others (especially since Ill understand how things work after this). Its not that I expect travelling to be an entirely effortless experience, just that there is some room for improvement.

Thanks for considering this!
