I am interested in moving to Russia with my Ukrainian wife. We plan on doing business there. If anyone can tell me how to become a Russian citizen - I would apprectiate it. S. Wingate

AFAIK the cheapest and simple way. Step by step:

1) Simply get a visa
2) get a migration card + make a registration where you'll live
3) Find a job or make a business or enter the univercity
4) Buy the cheapest home in Russia (< 1000$)
5) Live in the country during 5 years
6) Spend over 1 year to applicate to get citizenship
