I am not sure about urban art but a must see is the "new tretyakov" museum which is soviet and russian art from 1900 until the present. It is truly amazing and you will see art there that you will NEVER find anywhere else. search it on google. Don't skip it!! Also a good place to perhaps ask around is new arbat street.....................
