Can someone out there tell me where can I find pet dogs? Is there a big market somewhere that sells pets etc?

You can find pet dogs and cats everywhere, including wherever you are now. Just go to your local animal shelter.

My antenna is sensing that something is amiss with someone who wants to know where he get find pet dogs, without regard to any sort of breed, in Russia.

try considering adopting one. www.moscowanimals.org can help. or else get your dogs from a reputable breeder. Stay away from the 'Bird Market'.
