Hi everyone, I am a designer and an artist working in multiple cities in the world. All your posts are really helpful, so I thought I could ask a general question.

My question is really to understand what advertising moves Russian Americans...The psychology of it all. The advertising I have seen in Russia (through adme.ru) is very different to the advertising in the U.S. for Russians.

What are the motivating factors for Russian Americans to purchase or make that call to action?

Is it the offer, the colors, etc...Any insights would be appreciated.

Thanks! Question

An observation: a lot of russian commercials invlove some kind of self-belittling. As if laughing at yourself is the best virtue you can have.

Overall russian comercials are a bit more humble/realistic if you know what I mean.
