Here in Moscow in my usual life i wear just duck (very warm!) coat over jeans shirt. It's enough to short walks to metro, to drive in a car, etc. The boots should be really warm, or you became sick very quickly. There's a lot of winter footwear with a reasonable price about $150. Do not buy anything chiper

So can anybody give a price guide (in USD) of what is expected to be the price for a good jacket.
