I think it important to update my overwhelming support for ConnectRussia.net. Sadly, I recently had a very poor experience with them. I can't recommend them any longer. I'll post greater details in the coming weeks - mostly had to do with communications and customer service.

Hi Everyone Does anyone know if connectrussia is still trading? i have booked tickets with them and i was told they would be with me the beginning of october and i have had nothing no replies to my emails and i'm unable to contact them via the phone i just get an answerphone message and then an egaged tone. any help would be grateful.
