Fair Play tours in St Petersburg?

Hi there, I read about a tour agency in St Petersburg called Fair Play. Here's what I read: "Recommended as a versatile traveller support company that adheres to its declared mission to deliver value. They specialize in somewhat non-standard tours. Examples are Alternative St. Petersburg, Russian North, and Horseback Travel. " The website listed is www.fairplay.spb.ru and the e-address is grateful@mail.wplus.net Neither one seems to work. Does anyone know is this company is still in operation and how to contact them? If not, can anyone recommend a tour operator that provides comparable services (alternative/non-standard tours)? Thank you!
