I have a russian multiple business visa. I usually register every year, and in recent years, twice a year. im doing my visa in february, and need to get myself registered once I get back. i heard that the process is going to be easier... does anyone know the new laws and how or what the process is? something was stated, about sending a letter via the post office or such, any clue????
