That can be done self service with IM translator or Translit.ru to name a couple. No one knows what "common words" you have in mind.

If you have questions after that stage just ask.

To anybody willing to learn Russian quickly and effectively, I highly recommend language centre CREF!!!

Russian teachers there have developed an unique active and communicative method, that makes you speak Russian after the first lessons!

Russian made easy! Come and try!

Not so sure that studying at the university is the best solution, too many students, old teachers, private schools are rather more effective, but more expensive...

jojo dear, being absolutely current is well nigh impossible , unless you live there.

As for fluent, there are four who spring to mind immediately, right here.

Я думаю что мы должны говорит по-русски здес!

Что вы делаете!

Я не знаю, значит "common" слова.

Однака, я знаю что я плохо говорю по-русский. а если я знаю эту слово, тогда. это простой слов.

Go ahead, make fun of my Russian, but you all are speaking English! Go ahead, deny it! (p.s. I did not use a translator, that was all typed by my own hands...for better or worse).
