у меня есть две русски каналы на сателейт. Я учу русский каждый день и я не рекомендую тв. Может быт, кино с субтрами.

я почти ничего не учил из программа на тв. Просто говоря, это слышком трудный.

I know my Russian is bad, so don't learn from that nonsense. Anyway...simply put, it's difficult to learn from TV. You are not interacting with the TV. You don't get subtitles but in rare cases. Usually to learn, you need to learn just above the level where you are at, for the fastest uptake. TV is usually too advanced, and I don't know of anyone that absorbs from TV...the exception being countries with captions or subtitles. Then you could possibly look up words and practice hearing what you are reading.

I've had Russian TV on the satellite for 5 years. I've learned most of my Russian from books, newspapers, and from movies with subtitles...really maybe 10 to 20 words total that I picked up from watching TV, and I've watched a lot.

Just my thoughts on it. I know everyone is different.
