These names can't be correctly pronounced using only English language sounds. I'll try to so it using ipa-like symbols.
['ju(l')ija] ; (l') is not stress mark, but denotes palatalized [l].
['kovgan] or [kav'gan] depending on stress position.
[larisa]
RyazAnovshchina ( typo? )
[(r')I'zanov(shch)ina] where (r') is palatalized [r], and (shch) is http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Voiceless_alveolo-palatal_fricative
I have no idea what is 'English pronunciation' for this sound.
[ir'ku(tz)k] ; where (tz) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Voiceless_alveolar_affricate , like 'zz' in pizza.
