Hello everybody! I have sent my invitation to my friend in the USA by normal post, but he hasn't received it yet, though he was planning to visit Russia soon. I think I should send him a scanned copy of the invitation by email. Is a scanned copy of invitation valid for Russian Embassy in the USA? Advance thanks...

I'm afraid not. But you can certainly try. In any case, if it doesn't work out, he can always make himself a tourist visa support and travel to Russia without any problems.

You were right... They didn't accept the scanned copy... Is it possible to get a travel voucher for Indian sitizen on this site?
