Formal lessons are available if needed but the real value is that many locals will be willing to talk with your for hours just for the kick of speaking with a foreigner. Probably no one within 40 miles will speak English, thus no temptations! Walks or horse rides will activate blood supply to the brain. Riding lessons, in English or Russian, are available too! Fresh air, good food (see www.unclepasha.com/menu_russian.htm ), spring water and quiet surroundings will make learning Russian here even more effective and enjoyable. Pasha
