| A young and inexperienced traveler has received Visa support invitation from Svezhy Veter Travel Agency with an entry date of 8/4. Now the traveler realizes that the slow train from Ulan Bator that the travel agency has booked her for will give her just over a day in Irkutsk, and she is asking Svezhy Veter to reissue the invitation with a 8/1 entry date. The agent, Elena, refuses, saying it's impossible to issue a new invitation. What can be done to help this traveler? Thanks ! |

I don't understand why they don't reissue the invitation. I mean, if you haven't got your visa yet, for them it's nothing: just another printout.
The agency that advertises the services on our website usually makes all necessary changes for free. So, if you haven't ordered the invitation yet, I would recommend to do it through our site.
