Meat is good for you since you consist of meat. Cows do eat a lot of grass although they consist of meat as well, but you see, cows have 3 stomachs and they produce milk. So there's a slight difference. |
Actually the body is made up of mostly water! Some of the strongest animals on earth are herbivores. In order to digest that steak, your body needs to rot it inside your system. But if you think this works for you, then great. |

Oh, anything needs to rot inside you before you guts can soak it in. Eat that icoli bacteria salad of yours and then when you poop look intensely at your waste it will look exactly like mine, even though I only ate the healthy steak. |

| I've yet to meet a vegetarian that was completely healthy...I'd much rather eat fish then steak. And if I thought I could live just off of vegetables and fruits and nuts...I would...but the sad reality is we need some meat in our diet |

No the body does not rot everything, the idea is to get what you need from the food and expel it immediately. I soak all my vegetables in a solution of water and vinegar, in order to kill bacteria, and as a second defense I squeeze a lemon over my salads and use extra virgin olive oil, or grapeseed oil, as a dressing. Its really good! |

Thats because most people do it wrong, as I said before, its a pain in the ass to get everything you need in order to make up for the meat, but in this country we are increasingly being exposed to some pretty disgusting types of meat which we should not be eating, and which are hopped up on hormones, I know this for a fact because something strange happened to me, which should not have. If you are gonna choose any meat it should be fish. |

That's why you are still single. No guy is going to have fun with your culinary skills. Trust me on that one. Men (most men) want real food, just like his mama used to make it - mashed potatoes, ham, corn, gravy and so on.
Your stuff sound so... like those skinny hollywood chicks like to eat. Yuck! |

I am not single, and I can cook all that, infact I have no problem cooking foods other people want to eat. You think I dont also love those foods? They are the feel good foods, the sort of foods that make life worth living, believe me I know their power, they just arent healthy! |

The only reason I could not make it on being strictly vegetarian, is because I was not on a schedule and I would forget to eat, which is very bad. Since I am not a snacker it was hard for me to think about eating 5 times a day. So I became unhealthy due to a lack of getting what I needed. I know what a moron.

chocolate is good...plus being vegetarian like you say it's very hard to do and takes effort and knoweledge...and like you say most people don't do it right. Gorillas are vegetarians and they have huge muscle mass plus they have sharp teeth too
regardless people need to eat healthy and do any of us really truely know what is healthy. Everyone dies at different ages so how do we really know? |

I think if you have great heredity, and your ancestors didnt abuse their bodies, you have a better chance of living longer, and doing so without really having to watch your diet. The most important thing seems to be keeping your blood clean. |

| Some people eat healthy, but still stay sick and fat, some eat everything and look great. I avoid processed food and always cook everything from scratch. My family consumes plenty of red meat and potatoes as well as fruit and vegetables. I make plov, borsh, pirozhki....name it. Calories?! Wow, a lot. But we are having an active life style. And that's what matters. |
