Well. I have to be honest, the vocals have never been as important to me, as the lyrics, and music. There are some people, whose songs sound much better, when sung by others,ie Leonard Cohen, Bob Dylan. I grew up playing guitar, had a couple of lounge jobs, partied at the ski hills. When you can entertain, the drinks are free. I play stuff like Tom Cochrane, Cat Stevens, older stuff, but still relevant to us, as a part of our life.
People my age think you youngins listen to some strange stuff. That Russian song I linked was one of the reasons I came to this site. The Russian music really has heart. The western music is eh? You know. The Russian national Anthem is my favourite, out of all anthems. |

Dasha, do you not notice that Russian music is deeper than western music? Like more heart? In the west most of the time it seems someone is cashing in on a good voice. |

Can you quote any lines from it?
