To me it looks like a bit of youthful exuberance and not much more. All the props seem to be too strategically placed. Also anyone I've seen as drunk as that guy was supposed to be on the stairs has always had a telltale puddle of urine showing around him. Of course I may be very wrong.

He looked to be right outside his apartment building harassing people coming down the road and up the walk way from the park. He also spit beer in someones face. Spitting in someones face is a big deal, and I doubt any of these people were paid, Lord knows this shit isnt making it to a theater near you.
