I don't know much about their mental health system there though. I suspect that is the real treatment you should be chasing up. |
That's where the "acupuncture " department takes over. |

Is that something you can get at GNC or do you have to go to a whole foods type of store? |
Actually an even handier way is to strip some willow bark off a tree, and boil it for a bit, drink the tea. Silex is the willow family, and the bark of willow contains Salicylic acid, which is the main ingredient in Aspirin. |
cool...and drink water |
Not all headaches are caused by dehydration. Though, that is the most common way to get one. Migraines are nasty, and if you go directly to the source for the herb, you eliminate all of the chalk that most manufacturers use for filler. You never know whats in that stuff. |

Of course. I do, as well. Pinched nerves cause a lot worse than headaches. |

To answer your question surfguy, I will be 18 on the 26th of this month, so yeah, I'm young.
And btw, you seem to know a lot of interesting stuff, yorbcbud!
Chiropractors can do wonders!
A massage therapist is also good to see.
And you know just getting a massage every week is very good for you! You know that sedated feeling you get after you get one? That's because you are releasing all the toxins from your muscles. It's normal stuff, just a build up of chemicals from adrenaline and stress, and getting a massage to release all of that is very healthy, not to mention they relieve pain and just feel good. |

| I bought something recently called "Glutathione" and its a chemical that is present in broccoli and some other vegetables, anyway since I am not big on remembering to down daily doses of veg, I just pop this pill, its a natural antioxident and rejuvenates your internal organs, not to mention helps to reinforce your bones. |

One of the oldest remedies for sore muscles, and joints was to run a hot bath, and put a handful of Comfrey officinalis in the tub. It's said to penetrate the joints in the bath. There are lots of herbal cures for lots of ailments. Search, and you'll be amazed what you'll learn about everyday plants. The first nations people were here for a very long time, and they knew what to do with all plants. |
