Must I register my visa

On January 24/08 I expect to land in Moscow with a tourist visa valid for 30 days. I will stay overnight in Moscow, then take train #10 (Baikal) to Irkutsk. 2. When I arrive in Irkutsk I will stay for 2 nights and then catch the Russoya (Train #2) to Vladivostok. 3. I will stay in Vladivostok for a day or 2 then take the bus for the Chinese border, cross it and take the train to Harbin. Yes, I will have a Chinese visa too. So, although I will be in Russia for about 12 days, do I need to register my tourist visa? If so, where do you suggest I register it? Most of my stops will be at pre-arranged homestays. Thanks for advice.
