Women appear so lovely and sensual dancing, it's really nice to watch!
I've been tempted to take a class, just to unleash my own sensuality!
Maybe one day!

Beer brewing can be quite the hobby if you know what you are doing, you can tinker with it to get whatever taste you want, and make it a real novelty that you can share with friends and what not. You should skip the gym and go to the park and enjoy the surroundings, because it can give you a more positive outlook on it. You should reserve going to the gym for the winter time when its nasty outside. You should also get one of those balance balls and use it inside your apartment with this DVD: http://www.gaiam.com/retail/product/90-0048 Its so good, the breathing techniques she uses along with the motions really provides some deep stretching, and you just feel so good afterwards. Really great for your spine. Oh yeah, you also need a yoga mat as well for traction.

Fire_G. I have not doubt that breathing is not something you can do easily and you need a class to teach you how to do it.

I go to the park every weekend. When I finish work, it is usually dark outside, so going to the park is not a very good option. However, there a park near my work - Battery Park with the majestic view of the Statue of Liberty. I sometimes buy lunch and go there and eat it looking at lady Liberty and enjoying the view. However, there are lots or dumb tourists walking around. They kind of spoil the picture Smile If I only work out in the gym in the winter, my muscles will look like boobies of a 40-year old woman with twins. I want to look and feel good, so I go year round. I often go to the swimming pool and swim once a week instead of working out. That's a nice workout as well.

And I do a lot of walking around the city and in Central Park on weekends. I also skateboard sometimes.

Geez, I don't get to do any of those things here. I suppose I could make beer or wine, but it would be easier to buy them. If I tried to do the others, I would be arrested, and that wouldn't be good for business. Sad

Breathing techniques dumbass!!! Most people to not breath as deeply as they should, and use their mouth to inhale, when they should be using their nose. I am sorry that I tried to be helpful by suggesting something nice, you are as usual too immature to handle the information, and find it necessary to flame it. I will just stick to insulting you and your blow up doll of a wife instead of behaving in a decent manner towards you. Rolling Eyes

Somehow you missed the rest of my post. I guess once you read something about beathing, you could not read any further. Well, I can suggest breathing deeper if you are not breathing deap enough. There are many other classes you can attend - from anger-management to walking. You can pretty much benefit from any class that teaches people with developmental problem on how to behave normally.
