Is it possible to take any information (name and adress) about people who travelled in that train? Help me please.

If you have a pretty good reason, you might be able to persuade the people at ticket offices, but I'm not sure.. Alternatively, when a train arrives to a destination, you can speak to the conductor and ask them about the person on that specific train, but they won't always give you this information of course.
