Well jojo will certainly find out how nice the USA is in comparison to russia...although too we are also probably one of the meanest places and most descriminatory. Fire G...well she is achieving her dreams...infact I think this website inspired her so much...she sent me an e-mail saying that volunteer work on lake baikal seems like a good idea and chance to get away...and to learn more about russia. So who knows maybe some day when we are walking the trails along the lake...we might just find a tree with the carved in writing...fire g was here! And Daria...was that a job promotion that your hubby achieved...or did you promote him? Hmmm...maybe both go hand in hand  |

Spicey, frankly, you are not as spicy as you'd like to think you are. You are just as dull as it can get. Men like you are worth nothing. Plain loosers. I can bet you are very boring too.

Great link, surfguy. I read the article and looked around the website a bit....it's late, will give it more time another day. Good stuff. I love contemporary Russian historical commentary in Russlish, from the horse's mouth. I'm actually fascinated to read/hear the Russian version of how things went down, and what they have now, and what they see in their furure.
I'm really quite entranced by this stuff. Russia is a country like no other, with a history like no other. As a foreigner in their midst, they are often cagey when speaking to me in their charming Russlish about their thoughts and dreams and expectations. One never knows when they are on their PR best or when they are speaking from the heart. Young Russian people are especially interesting. One hopes that they will be allowed to follow their visions.
Loved the website. Will give it a more thorough perusal. |

My wife has been proud of me many times. I have had my share of successes. You did not say - what kind promotion did your husband get? Was it a 1% raise he has been waiting to get for the past 5 years? |
