Most of these photo's seem made several years ago, but they reminded me of a lecture by Dutch kosmonaut Andre Kuipers, who told about the Soyuz spacecraft, Baykonur, the Russian base in Kazachstan, where the Buran (Russian space shuttle) stands in a shed with a suspiciously bad roof, where well-nurtured technology stands amidst ruins...
