In order to cater to everyone equally, toilet seats need to be on toilets, otherwise people who are unaccustomed to squatting and knowing how to aim properly, and the elderly who begin to get too weak, will struggle and make disgusting messes on themselves, and their surroundings.

And men can urinate standing up...there is a reason for this too

And men can urinate standing up...there is a reason for this too I know about the bowel movement but it does not negate the fact that a lot of people are incapable of producing a mess free situation, so it does not make sense to force men and women to remove their pants and underwear completely and find a place to hang them in a filthy bathroom stall, in order to squat over a hole. For the people who practice this sort of thing, its no big deal, but for those of us who are not accustomed to it, it presents a bit of a problem.

I would not even attempt to make a deposit in one of those places anyway. Ya know how much poop can we talk about right now?..
