Sometimes Vox people in this world have two mommies and two daddies...some have no mommies...some have one daddy or two daddies...This is not a new concept people...many people in history have been raised by same sexes..doesn't mean those persons were having sex..

Bottom line is 'having sex'. If they are 'mommie and daddie' of any orientation this is implied. And conception of homosexual familiy also is. They don't say 'nnn in preschool is raised by mommy and her sister'. Feel the difference.

Feel the difference of what?
No it's not" bottom line" is having sex..that's your warped mind thinking...A preschooler is not thinking about that mommy and daddy are having sex? They have many questions but they don't know the physical part of a relationship...we put that garbage in their heads down the road. However, children are innocent and don't really care because most of them don't have hate until they get a parent like yourself and incorporates your beliefs onto them. Twisted Evil

Yeeeah RRRRight! I don't believe you. Your tongue would hang out of your mouth if some hunk of a marine came over to your direction and winked at you, most marines are built like a brick house. The breeze from when he walked passed you would have you a straight and pointing to the moon...you could tell me I am wrong and I still won't believe you. Wink

Bottom line as it is, not as explained to child in his age.
But what else? Have you ever heard about some child raised by single mother and her father ( i.e. grandfather ), where said father was called 'daddy'? Or by her mother, thus having family with 'two mommies' ? In all these cases child is not put into delusion regarding their role in family; don't consider preschoolers dumber than they are.

Russki you are priceless!

But first become a parent, and then see just how much you call the shots. Very Happy Very Happy

OMG..Russki a father!! That poor child Shocked Russki if you have sex please wear protection..even if you are married!! Evil or Very Mad

Too late, my GF, Martina, is already expecting. I don't even know if it's a girl or a boy yet, it's too early to tell.

And why don't you wear a condom if you feel like it. I will be a great father, far better then you would have been. What the fuck is your problem with me having a child anyway? Why don't YOU go get a vasectomy! How about that?
And no, I am not married, we are in what is called here in Canada a common-law relationship. The only bedides you who has a problem with that, is her weird father. (She thinks he's weird too). Well, he's not weird, just Croatian. Laughing Probably can't help it if he was brough up in a ver conservative way... lol

Congratulations to you and your girlfriend!
That's so nice!

YG Very Happy

Vox..what did I say earlier...parents or guardians....of course the grandfather is not father...he is the grandfather, but you're assuming that this is the first time in history where there are two same sex people raising children and it's bad. No one is saying you have to agree with two mommies or two daddies, but the fact is the household is where the child gets his/her social/behavior atittudes...If a child has gay parents raising them chances that small child is aware of its environment and accepts it...however, when they get to school and meet other children of preschool age..they are not talking about sex..they are curious about other issues concerning adults..like, "your mommy has red hair, my mommy has black hair etc..." it's people outside who don't understand about same sex couples who make the child feel different...We learn alot of our predjudices in our environment. Reading a book to your child about two mommies is not going to harm your child..you just explain that some kids have two mommies or two daddies and that you have a mommy and a daddy..that's it.

No... Not 'raising by two people of same sex', but assuming their positions in _family_ as equal partners ( regardles of sex ), as no other may apply. What was the original question - 'how to tell preschooler about family-with-two-mommies?'. Thus for some reason lame excuse 'they are not 2 mommies, or mother and her sister, or hatecer, but just raising him/her together' don't work.

Everyday is a heterosexual parade Surf....you feel comfortable holding a girls hand down the street..smooching with her on a park bench...people pass by and think, "how cute"..gays do that...it's wham bam...stares, name calling, etc...the parade is a celebration of the Stonewall riots in 1969..when gays fought back the police for two days in NYC...at that time..gay bars where owned by the Mafia...not that many gays owned their own bars then...Police use to come in and the lights would go on...if anyone was caught dancing (same sex) were arrested on the spot. They would also line the patrons up and then verbally abuse them..telling them what's your name...does your mom know you are a faggot..what's her telephone number...etc...they would also physically assault them too...it was not a good time..however, they fought the police one night and it turned into a riot for two days...Nevertheless, it's a celebration of being who we are...there are the floats with the half naked people...you do have the screaming queens..which get on my nerves...however, you do have legit people marching in these parades such as mayors, councils members, lawyers, religious people and even now the cops march too...lol..Nevertheless when or where there is a gay pride for one day...and one is not comfortable..then go to the other side of town, stay in etc...NYC there is a parade for everyone...so it is no big deal for New Yorkers str8 or gay to go to different parades...As a matter of fact you see families that are str8 and would not miss the gay Pride Parade in the World...me I couldn't care less...have fun Cool

no evryday is not a parade...I was raised in SF...men holding hands and kissing is fairly normal there as it is in my neigborhood here in SD...Please define what it is gay people want from us hetros

We don't want anything from Hetero's you make it like we are sub human...want? want? Well surf that's San Fran okay...please..that's like saying I saw about five Russians in Brigthon Beach, Brooklyn.

What gay people want is the same equal rights that is given to heterosexuals...and not be in the closet about it...That means the right to have your domestic partner come into a hospital room if you are in critical condition...did you know that most can't go in a room unless you are a wife or husband or family...You can be fired because of being gay on some jobs not all but some...Most states same partners can't adopt..even foreign agencies..but that's their rules and that's outside of the U.S. The right to feel comfortable to be yourself without get your ass kicked..more laws protecting gays..those are just some basics..I won't get into insurance etc...

What are you talking about? Yes there has been...I know a straight guy who is 27 and was raised my two gay fathers...he's married with two kids...there are about 10 straight people that I know and work with who were raised by gay parents...here in nyc...They are very normal and well adjusted...You must think this gay parent thing just started in 1990 or something..you haven't been around for someone raised in San Francisco. Did you get out much or were you too busy playing war?
