I think something like that, perhaps the man when he's older can decide to have the procedure.
Just the idea of some little baby being sliced and screaming afterwards, doesn't sound like a good time.

Guess I should be glad I'm female and not living in Middle Eastern countries where they perform the female circumcision, mutilating those poor girls and women!

I know..Somalia, Sudan and some parts of Western Africa...it's a shame..because the girl is old enough to understand what's going on..remembers the pain and then the rest of her life..is very uncomfortable during sex. |

Hmm...by saying "so much better" it makes it seem as though you have experiences what it's like to be both  My husband's friend is a Russian Jew and was not cirumcised until he was 18 years old and entered the Israeli army! Yikes. I guess he would be a good person to ask if sex is different one way or the other. |

yes he would be good to ask...ouch...gotta be traumatic at that age. Actually when I was in the Marines...we had a guy who all his life he was under the impression he was circumsized...then one night he found out the truth...that he wasn't...was bummed that his mom lied to him. When you're older..they have to give you medication so you won't get an erection..because you can pull the stitches out if it gets hard...
I know my father had it done when he was 21...i'm sure it hurt..especially they didn't have the meds they have now..ouch!!!
If I had a son...he would be circumcised no question...after what I've seen..no way. |
