Mobile phone operators with unlimited data/internet plans?

Are there any mobile phone operators in Saint Petersburg with plans where you pay a fixed rate each month, but can use internet as much as you want, without download limits? (Such plans exist elsewhere in Europe) I've looked at Skylink, but they couldn't find any unlimited plans, only limited.

Nowadays I don't know, since I haven't lived there in over three years. With the notoriety of Russian hackers, I think it'd be an invitation for disaster Anyway, sorry for the lack of help.

Now I am use the EDGE network of MTS (tariff is Мобильный модем) and it costs: 08:00-24:00 - 3.90 rouble 24:00-08:00 - 1.20 rouble I have a special card for it in my laptop (my card is GPRS/EDGE/UMTS/HSDPA, but EDGE is the fastest I can get with MTS) ADSL or anything else than normal phone line is not possible in my flat. If I compare it with "unlimited" in the Netherlands.. The limit is somewhere at 50 mb and it costs 10 euro.. So here it would costs max 195 rouble, which is something like 5,50 euro.. It it does depend on your network provider and tariff plan.
