So I beg to differ. Perhaps you should date one. Or ask any filipino man and he will tell you.

I have tons more friends and friends of friends who have tried both, not to mention the myriad of Filipino co-workers, and other individuals I associate with. Maybe your friends and you dealt with the Spanish speaking Filipinos instead of the ones who speak Tagalog.

YG Well we are greatly influenced by the US but, if we took the time to develop our own, distinct culture, then it would be more visible. He is very much against western thinking, finds it way too liberal, blames this way of thinking for all the really bad things that are happening here, the US and even back home. Sometimes he drags on a bit but he does make some valid points. YG
