I walking every day through university park in my south russian city. There are many black people, but i dont see any separatism in their relations with other guys.
I'm not sure that it is true for all russian cities - Rostov seems to be kind of Babylon, because of it's geographical location. There are many nations - primarily russian, armanian, korean and our guests from other countries.
