Terrible apartment in Moscow

masha29 Just Starting Joined: 23 Oct 2007 Posts: 1	Posted: Tue Oct 23, 2007 8:18 pm    Post subject: Terrible apartment in Moscow Hi, Just to say to anyone wanting to book the apartment in Butyrsky Val 28 I booked it for my mother and her friends and when they got there the apartment was dirty with dirty dishes in the kitchen sink, leaking taps in the bathroom, one that broke because it was so old and rusty. When my mother asked the owner if she was going to have the place cleaned, the answer she got was "for the money you are paying, this is more than clean, if you don't like the place go find somewhere else." Not a very professioinal way to deal with paying customers. So DO NOT GO to Butyrsky Val 28! Unless you are ready for a terrible experience.

Thanks for the heads up...Russia has a long ways to go in terms of customer service etc. If that place was in the states...the health department would be all over them...and they would be out of business
