I don't know why you are asking Surfguy, since it was me who said it, but anyway...
A common-law couple, in Canada at least, is when a man and a woman, or, okay, two gay guys, live together, love each other, have children, but do NOT get married.
P.S. WOW I just made it over 1000 posts! Yeah! |

Hah...how I get my money is my business...and it comes from hard work and sacrifice. Last I knew you scared Rick and Katerina off. No need for me to lie and those in my close circle know that I have nothing to hide. As for you...people are too afraid to let you open up to them. I too am no Oligarch and I live very simply and very close to nature. As true surfers are. I also give up on things to do other things...it's good to be adventurous |
If it's your business, then keep it to yourself. Otherwise, you look like a braggart. I scared no one off. I talked to Ekaterina long after she left here. She left because of Seriy06, she was disgusted by him. And Rick is a moderator. How could I scare him off? And "Oligarch" was the word you used to describe yourself, I didn't make that one up.

Actually, Victor, to add to that, you must live together for at least 6 months for common-law. I lost a small fortune because of that law. Twice. |

Well live with someone for 5 months and then say, "We gotta split"...only kidding. However, Russki will have a baby involved so even if he was to leave he would have to pay for child support and all that other stuff with common law marriage..One should just marry..it's all the same... |

Why are you keeping making this mistake? Why not find a woman that has more money than you so that she loses and you win?
What did you lost - the spare parts for your bus or the large hairbrush that you used to keep your hair in order? |

Actually, I was referring to this post. You really shouldn't test my memory. It's pretty good, even for a "part time" pothead.

Spicey, my friend, you have to understand that I am not poor. I make very good money. I don't care about money. This is Canada, not some third world country. You just don't get that. Why don't you get that? I turn down more work than I take. |

you have all the toys BC and you live in a beautiful place...you get to smoke weed...be on the computer...maybe a a steady woman...or maybe the multiple visitors...really the only thing lacking is traveling...but not everyone needs that...to each his own. As long as you are satisefied who cares what we think. And we all could be very well wrong about the world...but if so does it really matter? Of course what if I am right...who the world could very well suffer. |
