Hi, this is probably another stupid question on my part and I apologize, but I am having trouble figuring out what exactly to write on the visa application for "name/address/email/fax/phone number of institution/organization to be visited in Russia". I got a voucher and invitation thru WTR for a tourist visa and put down 3 places that I will visit (SPB, Velikiy Novgorod, and Moscow, though I will be staying mainly in SPB the whole time and am not even sure if I will even make it to those other two places). On the invitation it lists "Sputnik", "Neva", and Beresta Palace" as where I'll be staying. No address/phone, etc. What exactly should I put down? Do I just put down the main service (IntelService Centre) address, even if it is in Moscow and I will be in SPB?

Also, I will be staying at a friends flat---not a hotel.

Thanks a lot!

Anna

There should be another question on the form that asks for the name and contacts of the tourist agency. If there is, then you can leave the question you mentioned blank. It only applies to business and student visa applications.
