My friend is telling me that the UVIR guys are now promessing making invitations in 10 days delay (2000R) or even 5 days (4000R)... Is there is revolution in the weather or are they simply way too confident about their own abilities and the beliefs of their "costumers"? Any very recent testimony? Thanks! AJ

Haven't heard anything about it. You could try it out and then tell us if it works ... Everything is possible in Russia if you pay a little bit extra, especially with government officials. But then getting a tourist visa support is much cheaper (900R = $30) and takes from a few hours to one day only.
