Hello!
The Faculty of Psychology of the Moscow State University is currently conducting a research on adaptation to foreign cultures. One of the areas our research focuses on is adaptation of American students, studying in Russia. In the course of the research we analyze factors, mechanisms and peculiarities of adaptation of American students. Obtained results will not only be of scientific value in terms of social psychology, but will also be of great practical importance: American students facing various difficulties can be effectively assisted in adapting to new cultural surroundings.

We therefore seek collaboration with American students, which have studied or worked in Russia. Participation in the research does not require much effort: we kindly ask students to fill out several simple questionnaires.

We look for American students aged 17 to 30 that have been studying or just lived in Russia for some time. We would like to note that students which have already left Russia but had studied or worked here no more than a year ago can also take part in the research.

If you are the person we need and you are ready to help or you know someone who fits the research please let me know!!!!

We thank you in advance and look forward to your cooperation.

Yours faithfully,
Maria Samsonova,
The student of the Moscow State University, The Faculty of Psychology
