But, can I inform longer period to ensure no problems if I decide stay for more days? And if I stay for less days, would have a problems?

You cannot enter one day earlier, or leave one day later. But it is OK to make your entry and exit on any dates WITHIN the term of the visa. For example, from the USA, Russian toursit visas can run up to 30 days. Suppose I plan a two-week visit to Russia. On my application, I might put an exit date 20 (or even 29) days after my entry. This way, if I must reschedule my trip, or there is some problem that keeps me in Russia longer than I planned, the visa still works. If I am not yet certain about the entry date (for example, it might be between Feb 10 and Feb 13), I put the EARLIEST entry date on my application.
