I've googled this and found a lot of contradicting information - I've been told that I'm subject to a 10-day wait at the UK consulates, and there is no same-day option for me. Does anyone know exactly what the rule is? I think it's because I have a New Zealand passport, though I've lived in the UK the past 6 years. Has anyone had experience getting a Russian visa with a foreign passport in the UK recently? Is the 10-day rule enforced? Thanks
