Hello, I'm an italian citizen who will be in Estonia by the time the invitation for a language course will reach me from the language school. I wanted to know if I can just go to the embassy in Tallinn and give in my documents and invitation and get it there. I'm a resident of Italy and not Estonia. Any info on this is appreciated, Cheers

If Italians are granted more than a 90 day stay on entry to Estonia then you can apply there. Otherwise, you should try to contact the consulate in Tallinn and check with them. Please report back here what they say.

I will, Estonia however being a Schengen country there is no passport control at the border
