Way to Russia Talk Lounge

Hello,

I am of british nationality and will be entering Russia in late July from Latvia by car. I will be in Moscow for just over 3 days and then will head south to Kazakhstan stopping in a few Russian cities but for less than 3 days in each place. My second entry into Russia will be in the east of the country where I will enter from Kazakhstan and exit into Mongolia.

I was just wondering how i would go about registering my visa in Russia. I applied for my business invitation through this site (IntelExpo) so could I register with them in Moscow? If so, would that mean I would be registered for the whole trip including my second entry? Or will I have to register in the occasional hotel along the way?

Also Im not too sure how I can comply with the rule that states "When you leave Russia you should give the second part of your registration form to the "accommodating" party and they should submit it to the migration officials within 24 hours." as i will in all probability register in moscow. However, when I leave russia I will be nowhere near moscow.

Apologies if something similar has already been discussed, I have been reading the forum for a while and cant think of a solution. However this forum has been great in helping with the rest of the visa process.
