I read the part of the introduction to Russian histrory, and I think it is really strange how the occupation, controlling, manupilation that Soviet Union performed towards Eastern Europe isn't even mentioned. Concidering not mentioning holocoast when you talk about the WW2 - it's unthinkble. It is essential to the people who lived and lives in Eastern Europe that the crimes that were commited to them shall be recognized for what it was, if not by Russia today, at least of the rest of the European community? I find it to be odd that they haven't mentioned it. Doesn't have to be any big words or so, but concidering that half of Europe were "lost" in WW2 to censurship, supression and intolerance of the individual's rights of travelling, speaking his or hers thoughts when it came to politics etc, I find it to be extreamly strange. The terror that ruled and dominated these peoples lifes must be told. Just mention the qoncequences, how it affected Europe, that's all I am asking.
