If applying and obtaining on waytorussia site the Letter of Invitation for Visa, do you have travel agency in St. Petersburg that will register the Visa?

try russuan search system ya .ru and type http://yandex. ru/yandsearch?text=visa+invitation+russia&lr=10426 you will see a lots of results:) they will make an invitation and register you after.
