You might achieve it in a 4x4 pickup like a toyota hilux with very high clearance. Go have a look at www.horizonsunlimited.com for more information from the 2 wheel brigade. Late summer early onset of winter when rivers are lowest. It also depends on the rain. You might have to wait for water levels to go down if there has been recent rain or in certain circumstances hitch a ride on the back of a russian truck. Not all rivers have bridges. Watch the "long way round" siberian episode to get a flavour of what's in store. I think it is doable. Alternatively in the depths of winter much easier because the rivers are frozen but winter brings its own problems.
