Hey there,
I have a friend from Russia, and i've been trying to make a call but it keeps telling me "sorry, this type of call cannot be setup"
I got no clue whats wrong.. It's: +7 916 xxx-xxxx
Does anyone know what might be wrong?

011-7-916-XXX-XXXX should be the number
It is a cell phone, you can try to text message to see if it works |

+7 916 does appear to be a mobile (cell) phone number.
If Hessen is calling from a mobile phone himself/herself, then using +7916xxxxxxx should work ok.
Is international calling blocked on your phone, Hessen? Some carriers block by default, you have to call them to have it enabled/unblocked. |

Isnt 011 specifically for America? I live in Europe. But yea I have it enabled and im trying to call from cell phone to cell phone.
whenever i try ti make a call it first says something in russian and then says the "sorry, this type of call cannot be setup". idk whats wrong.. |

Srry for the double post but it turned out that i couldnt call her because she didnt have credit on her phone..lol..
Anyways, thanks for the help guys. THis site is really helpfull. |
