Starting September 21st, 2008, Israeli citizens can enter Russia without visa. I live in the States, have Israel passport ,and am planning to go to Russia in the next few weeks to visit my relatives. I could not find any regulations about additional documents I need to have to cross the border. I understand that too little time passed since the agreement is in place. Maybe somebody have information, references, or personal experience crossing Russian border in such status. I would greatly appreciate your response
