I am Chinese student who studies in the UK right now, and i cant visit my friend in Moscow. can you provide an invitation letter for me in this case? many thanks!

Unfortunately WayToRussia.Net's partner can't provide visa support for Chinese citizens. Maybe try Real Russia - they might be able to help: http://www.realrussia.co.uk/visa/tourist_visas2.asp
