Hi,

I'm from India and will be travelling with my wife to Russia in April. I checked with the consulate here and they need the following 2 documents in ORIGINAL (no scanned or faxed or e-mailed copies):
1. Tourist Voucher
2. Hotel Confirmation

I have the following queries:

1. Do you send the Tourist Voucher and Hotel Confirmation as 1 document or as 2 separate documents?

2. Your website mentions that you can send the originals through UPS but when submitting the online application, I could not find any column where I can mention this. How do I indicate this in the application form?

3. Your online application form accepts details of 1 person at a time. However I would like you to send the orininal documents by UPS for my wife and me together though 1 UPS document so that I can save costs. How do I indicate that?

4. Do you extend any discounts in your visa-support letter fees for a couple travelling together?

5. What would be the total price I need to pay for both of us receiving original documents through UPS, and how much time would it take to receive it through your regular service (not the express service)?
