| Did you know that there's a chat on this forum? (A link can be found at the top of any page and at the bottom of the main page). I was wondering if anybody is using it. |

| I've seen it and went into it maybe once or twice, but virutally no one in here uses it, so I didn't bother. |

| I chatted a couple of times on it and that was it. It may be useful for quick questions and general chat, but the thing is hardly anyone uses it. Maybe it is also due to the fact that the link to open the chat window is so tiny! |

Maybe the impopularity of the chat is caused by the fact that no one is ever on it.. Maybe try to remove the announcement that mentions the number of users in advance.. See what happens then. |

| I don't think that there are enough users on WTR on a consistent basis to warrant a chat room. There are perhaps a dozen or less regulars on line here. There are also spradic posters and a steady stream of new posters who may post once or twice for specific travel info. but are never heard from again. |

Cyndy22 is probably right in that. Guess the user base is not enough to support a working chat on the forum. It could be handy of course in some situations. For urgent questions, maybe?

I would choose 'No, but I will in the very near future' button - if it was an option.
I'll try it out soon as the time for my journey comes closer. If any questions or concerns arise about my trip plans, then I'll give it a go and see how anyone responds then. |

| At an average of about 0.01 users present in the chat, you are going to wait a long time for anyone to answer your questions in there. |

| I not going to hang around and wait that long. If that's still the case, then the forums will be more reliable anyway. |

| No offence meant.. Just being a bit ironic. The chat is not really useful for anything as long as no one uses it. It doesn't harm though as it is and i guess some day it can serve a purpose for someone. |
